ciales sobre aborto no punible, la autora examina intervenciones, prácticas y discursos para revelar cómo el derecho se convierte en un sitio de luchas de poder. Aborto, feminismo y el poder del derecho profundiza en dos casos emblemáticos y explora cómo la ecografía médica, la visualización fetal y la medicalización de los eventos reproductivos modificaron la relación del derecho con los cuerpos de las mujeres. Basado en archivos judiciales, entrevistas, notas de prensa y por medio de técnicas de estudio de discurso, este trabajo aporta una mirada crítica sobre las prácticas jurídicas feministas frente a oposiciones conservadoras, contribuyendo al diálogo sobre el aborto, el derecho y el feminismo en América Latina
