Esta obra presenta seis relatos acerca de diferentes tipos de victimización que sufrieron personas de la comunidad LGBTI en el Caribe, en el marco del conflicto armado colombiano, específicamente entre 1990 y el 2010. Este no es un informe de investigación, pero tampoco es una obra literaria; sus textos —matizados con un lenguaje político/poético— se encuentran en un punto intermedio, y constituyen un valioso aporte a la reconstrucción de la memoria histórica de aquellos que aún en medio del contexto de la guerra, han asumido la tarea y el riesgo de construir su sexualidad y su propia manera de ser y estar en el mundo.
