El presente estudio sobre los derechos de la personalidad aborda individualmente el contenido de cada uno de los derechos en cuestión: vida, integridad física y psíquica, libertad de expresión e información, honor, intimidad, imagen, voz e identidad de las personas físicas, dentro del contexto actual y en una aproximación sistemática que permite interrelacionar la protección por parte del Derecho público con la del Derecho privado. Se trata, además, de una obra elaborada desde un punto de vista civilista, en coherencia con la unidad del ordenamiento jurídico respecto a las diversas manifestaciones del ser humano, y con el principio de respeto al derecho a la singularidad y dignidad de cada una de las personas.
