Según la banda terrorista, el Estado habría introducido la heroína como arma política para desmovilizar y destruir a la juventud vasca. Una ofensiva que tuvo como resultado el asesinato de más de cuarenta personas, supuestamente involucradas en el tráfico de drogas, y cuya acusación fue en muchos casos falsa y sin fundamento. Este libro explica cómo la cruzada contra la droga por parte de ETA formó parte fundamental de su estrategia armada para construir nación y consolidar estructuras de contrapoder en oposición al Estado. Pero sobre todo busca impugnar con datos y hechos la versión de la conspiración de la heroína y otros mitos defendidos por la organización terrorista sobre la mafia de la droga.
