¿Qué fue el desarrollismo, en sí mismo? Tres principios fundamentaron la política interna de Frondizi: paz social, legalidad y desarrollo. El desarrollismo implicaba un cambio de las viejas estructuras del Estado hacia uno nuevo, basado en la reducción del gasto público, la atracción de las inversiones extranjeras y la "batalla energética".Este trabajo aborda un aspecto poco explorado del gobierno frondizista, como es el estudio de las relaciones internacionales de Argentina en el marco de la tensa Guerra Fría, su integración con América Latina y el margen de acción que su gobierno obtuvo dentro de su posición "occidental y cristiana".
