Los estudios organizacionales (‘organization studies’): fundamentos, evolución y estado actual del campo
El objetivo de este texto es establecer una cartografía del campo de los estudios organizacionales (EO), más conocido internacionalmente como organization studies (OS). Presenta, en ocho capítulos, un panorama amplio de este campo, atendiendo a consideraciones históricas, teóricas, epistemológicas, metodológicas, institucionales, sociales, políticas, culturales y geográficas.
La obra surge en el marco del núcleo de trabajo académico e investigativo en estudios organizacionales de la Escuela de Administración de la Universidad del Rosario, con la cooperación de la Universidad de París XIII - Sorbonne Paris Cité y la Association Internationale et Interdisciplinaire de la Décision (A2ID). Está dirigido a practicantes, consultores, asesores, estudiantes, investigadores y profesores en gestión, y a personas vinculadas a las ciencias sociales interesadas en conocer el origen, el estado actual y los principales desarrollos del campo de los estudios organizacionales.
