Así, este libro contiene aspectos de gran utilidad para los estudiantes de Medicina, médicos y neurólogos interesados en epilepsia, desde los principios básicos hasta los avanzados, tales como los hallazgos de un trazado electroencefalográfico ictal y cómo interpretarlo correctamente. Nuestro objetivo es contribuir a la enseñanza y mejor entendimiento de la electroencefalografía. This Handbook of Electroencephalography reflects the authors initiative to satisfy the need for a textbook to present the interpretation of EEG in a clear and simple manner, from the basics to complex topics. This handbook contains useful information for medical students, clinicians and neuroscientists interested in epilepsy, from basic principles to advanced ones, and includes topics such as identification and interpretation of an ictal electroencephalogram. Our goal is to improve the teaching and understanding of electroencephalography.
