La inspiración de este libro parte de la valentía, el compromiso y la responsabilidad de personas que, en condición de víctimas, se han movilizado para hacer territorio alrededor de la memoria. Se presenta también una perspectiva comparada entre los departamentos de Atlántico y Caldas, una suerte de epílogo que enlaza los dos casos estudiados y nos brinda elementos analíticos de realidades convergentes y divergentes multisituadas que, en todo caso, hacen parte de un mismo corpus para resolver el interrogante central de esta investigación: ¿Cuál ha sido el rol sociocultural de las organizaciones de víctimas en la territorialización de la memoria y en la reconciliación social, durante tiempos y espacios diferenciados (antes y después de la Ley 1448 de 2011), en los departamentos de Caldas y Atlántico?
