Sinopsis
Estos apuntes de clase recogen la experiencia de muchos años de cátedra y de la búsqueda de modelos de aprendizaje para una ciencia tan compleja como la bioquímica. Dos aportes fundamentales son el estudiar el fenómeno vital desde la perspectiva de la teoría general de sistemas y lograr el aprendizaje mediante la formación de conceptos, lo cual se logra mediante el desarrollo de talleres de aplicación, su discusión y la puesta en común mediante discusiones en clase, con participación de todos los estudiantes orientados por el profesor. Con el desarrollo de los talleres se busca que el estudiante construya secuencialmente su conocimiento. También se incluyen algunas actividades prácticas, diseñadas por la autora, destinadas a la adquisición de destrezas en la utilización de equipos de laboratorio, la obtención, el manejo y la interpretación de resultados experimentales y al refuerzo de algunos conceptos teóricos.
