Construcción de paz en Llano Verde: reflexiones situadas sobre la justicia transicional, la educación y las políticas públicas en el distrito de Aguablanca (Cali, Colombia)
Sinopsis
Este libro de investigación, es un resultado del proyecto interinstitucional “La construcción de la paz desde abajo y la justicia transicional: una aproximación a los procesos sociales agenciados por jóvenes de AFRODES para la reivindicación de los derechos de las víctimas del conflicto armado en la Urbanización Casas de Llano Verde, comuna 15 de la ciudad de Cali”, financiado por la Red de Universidades para la Innovación del Valle del Cauca (RUPIV), y avalado por la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali, la Universidad del Valle, la Fundación Universitaria Católica Lumen Gentium y con la participación de la Asociación de Afrocolombianos Desplazados (AFRODES Cali).
Partimos de la reflexión sobre las prácticas sociales para la construcción de paz en el marco de la discusión nacional sobre la operacionalización de la justicia transicional en los territorios que conforman el distrito de Aguablanca. Si bien, este tema no es muy estudiado, ha cobrado especial relevancia debido al interés por estudiar los recursos organizativos situados con los que se promueven convivencias posibles y deseables en los barrios populares y de bajos ingresos. Además, tal cuestionamiento tiene lugar mientras ocurren cuatro hechos sociales significativos para la historia contemporánea de la ciudad: (1) la firma de los acuerdos de paz en 2016, (2) el aislamiento social causado por la pandemia de Covid-19, (3) la masacre de los jóvenes de Llano Verde, ocurrida el 11 de agosto de 2020, y (4) el Paro Nacional 2021.
