Creo que los miembros de la generación XLIV de nuestra Escuela de Escritores tuvieron ocasión de darse cuenta de que las más profundas raíces de la realidad se encuentran en la imaginación, y que la tierra firme del mundo son los que imaginan, los artistas, los poetas, los que aman. Me parece ineludible que quien se prepara para ser escritor logre ser consciente de la importancia de lo que hace, aprenda a observarse y descubrirse a sí mismo, que jamás pierda el asombro de vivir y no se convierta en un intelectual. Cromofilia reúne 13 autores que han sabido defender su talento. Todos ellos se han iniciado en una actividad que no es inofensiva. Su mirada puede ir de la suma de todos los colores a la ausencia de luz. Este libro testimonia el compromiso con su vocación.
