Sinopsis
Este libro, por una parte, trata de incentivar una genealogía de los discursos con los que los pensadores y filósofos mexicanos se han pronunciado y pensado sobre el problema de lo tecnológico, por otra, comienza un ejercicio que busca conceptualizar el problema de pensar lo tecnológico desde México. Problema doble. Se trata de saber qué y cómo los intelectuales mexicanos y autores de habla española que radicaron en México han pensado la técnica y la tecnología, y a la vez, hacer posibles conceptos locales, regionales, singulares -esto incluso cuando se acepte usar de manera problemática la herencia discursiva del pensamiento occidental- sobre lo tecnológico. Los textos que conforman el libro tratan de hacer pensar filosóficamente, haciendo uso de vocabularios probados, desde este acá que llamamos México, las imperiosas preguntas sobre este tema, la situación tecnológica y lo que podemos hacer nosotros con ella. Es en este sentido que este libro avanza hacia un estudio genealógico de la manera en que el pensamiento filosófico mexicano se ha enfrentado al problema de lo tecnológico.
