Sinopsis
El libro plantea la formación docente desde una perspectiva sistémica, que precisa la configuración macro del sistema propuesto, los subsistemas constitutivos de este y las diversas interacciones producidas entre ellos como parte de un entramado complejo; asentado en los vínculos e interdependencias que le determinan y, a su vez, se configuran como desencadenantes. Se retoman tendencias nacionales e internacionales que, articuladas con la Agenda 2030, sirven de soporte a una mirada de la calidad educativa concebida más allá del instrumentalismo, generadora de tensiones pedagógicas, socio-culturales y éticopolíticas, e interpeladora de las responsabilidades gubernamentales, en tanto germen de la educación intencionada como lugar antropológico de esperanza.
El texto incluye un ejercicio a modo de reconstrucción cartográfica de la formación docente en Colombia, que reconoce sus principales hitos, así como algunas miradas del presente y futuro, en aras de proponer un sistema integral para la formación continua de maestras y maestros.
