Gracias a la reforma del 27 de enero del 2011 referente a los juicios orales, es posible que el sistema jurídico sea más ágil y eficaz, esto en razón de que en esta modalidad de juicio, sólo se llevan a cabo dos audiencias: la preliminar y la de juicio. En este sentido, en esta obra el lector conocerá con detalle la estructura del juicio oral mercantil, es decir, los principios que lo rigen, como lo son el de oralidad, de publicidad, de igualdad, de inmediación, de contradicción, de continuidad y de concentración, analizando cada uno de éstos con la finalidad de que se comprenda su aplicación durante el proceso oral.En lo que respecta al juicio oral, el único medio de impugnación que esta modalidad acepta es el juicio de amparo.
