Sinopsis
Este libro surgió de un proyecto de investigación internacional, colaborativo e interinstitucional que buscaba mejorar la comprensión de las prácticas, experiencias y conocimiento derivados de los programas de formación docente desarrollados por algunas universidades lasallistas.
En la reflexión de estas prácticas y experiencias de formación docente contemporánea, que reunió múltiples perspectivas y contribuciones de universidades e investigadores lasallistas, fue significativo encontrar que las diferencias culturales son un factor determinante en el ejercicio de la labor; por lo que, la preparación de los candidatos a maestros lasallistas debe enfatizar en el conocimiento, la habilidad y la disposición para enseñar y vivir los valores de respeto con todas las personas.
Somos conscientes del tesoro pedagógico, la herencia y el legado engendrados por san Juan Bautista De La Salle. Por ello, debemos seguir impulsando una reflexión integral que arroje luz sobre quiénes somos y qué hacemos en materia de formación docente, sus alcances y posibilidades.
