Este libro presenta una metodología de trabajo totalmente nueva y original para el análisis, manejo y gestión de marcas que se traducen en herramientas de extrema utilidad para el marketing, el diseño, la comunicación y la publicidad. Incluye el diagnóstico de situación del manejo de las marcas y su problemática actual y se presenta a la marca desde todos los ángulos de análisis. Se describe el significado del producto o servicio y su impacto en la marca para luego pasar a explicar el proceso de compra y el rol de la marca en el mismo. Con el sentido de identificar y alinear el significado del producto con el significado de la marca se incluye la metodología de las técnicas proyectivas. Para realizar el análisis de la marca, su potencia y posibles aplicaciones se diseñan seis indicadores de análisis significativo marcario, para lo cual, se brinda al lector las matrices de análisis significativo marcario. Y finalmente se crea el “Mapa de Valoración del Consumo” en el cual se integran las 16 personalidades de la MBTI con los ejes de valoración del consumidor y los cuadrantes clasificatorios del tipo de consumo.
