El rol que ha tomado la motocicleta como actor predominante en la movilidad de varias ciudades colombianas amerita estudios y actuaciones dirigidas al comportamiento del tránsito y la seguridad vial, tanto en infraestructura, como en política pública y, especialmente, en la sensibilización de motociclistas y demás conductores en la vía frente al peligro que implica un comportamiento vial inadecuado y riesgoso. Este libro se enfoca en el comportamiento habitual del motociclista y en potenciales medidas a aplicar (algunas ya adoptadas en otros países), que habrían de contribuir en pro de una ocupación más amable y segura del espacio en vía por parte de todos los actores presentes: motociclistas y no motociclistas.
