Sinopsis
Esta séptima edición ofrece, anotada, concordada y actualizada, la legislación referida al sector de la seguridad privada. Para ello, no sólo se incluyen la Ley y el Reglamento propios, sino también el amplio repertorio de Reales Decretos, Órdenes Ministeriales y Resoluciones que regulan las diversas particularidades sobre esta materia.
Como novedad fundamental, se introduce la nueva Ley 5/2014, de 4 de abril, de Seguridad Privada, que deroga y sustituye a la de 1992.
Asimismo, se incluyen las modificaciones introducidas en el Reglamento de Seguridad Privada, mediante los Reales Decretos 1.628/2009, de 30 de octubre, y 195/2010, de 26 de febrero. También figura incluido el Convenio Colectivo estatal de las Empresas de Seguridad de 2013 con los cambios publicados a lo largo de 2014, además de las Órdenes y Resoluciones referentes a las Comisiones Mixtas de Coordinación de la Seguridad Privada y sobre empresas, medidas a adoptar, personal, cualificaciones profesionales, funcionamiento de los sistemas de alarma, etc.
Igualmente, como novedad se abre una parte correspondiente a jurisprudencia, con sentencias de la Audiencia Nacional referentes al tema.
