Esta nueva edición del impuesto sobre el valor añadido recoge las modificaciones introducidas por la Ley 28/2014, de 28 de noviembre, de modificación del IVA, con entrada en vigor el 1 de enero de 2015 como regla general. Regímenes especiales, exenciones, entidades públicas, inversión del sujeto, base imponible y tipo impositivo, deducciones y comercio exterior son campos objeto de significativos cambios.Se integra también la importante modificación del Reglamento del impuesto, por medio del Real Decreto 1.073/2014, de 19 de diciembre, que sintoniza su entrada en vigor con la norma legal.La edición es completada con un estudio introductorio que explica lo esencial de los cambios que son incorporados, a cargo de Enrique de Miguel Canuto, catedrático acreditado de Derecho financiero y tributario en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universitat de Valencia.
