Metodología para diagnosticar la habitabilidad en la vivienda social: higrotermicidad-iluminación-acústica
Sinopsis
El trabajo tiene como eje central la habitabilidad -el confort- en vivienda dirigida a sectores de bajos ingresos en Bogotá, conceptual izando la vivienda como el génesis y unidad básica del concepto hábitat. Este proyecto pretende ser una invitación a trabajar en estas necesidades que tiene el ser humano, como son el requerimiento de luz, de ventilación y humedad controlada y de niveles de ruido admisibles, dentro del rango considerado saludable. Para tratar de solucionar un problema, primero hay que detectarlo y conocerlo, y luego perseguir la solución adecuada; la investigación se ocupa en conocer las condiciones de iluminación, ruido e higrotermicidad en la vivienda, a partir de un modelo metodológico propuesto para diagnosticar la situación de los tres parámetros. Las consecuencias para las personas y la vivienda misma se enumeran y se pretende bocetar una serie de posibles soluciones -no paliativas- para estos efectos, desde el diseño de la vivienda; estas soluciones planteadas se tornan en potenciales temáticas de investigaciones.
