Al final de los temas se encuentran resaltados artículos complementarios para ampliar la información. Es un documento de doble naturaleza: clínica y legal. Clínicamente, contiene la información de los procedimientos, datos, conceptos o apreciaciones aplicados al paciente mediante el examen que se utilizan para seguir los casos, el resumen o el historial clínico.
