Los capítulos de este libro son resultado de las investigaciones de alumnos y profesores investigadores que aplican la teoría de las organizaciones, algunas veces en casos prácticos y otras veces teorizando sobre nuevos núcleos de inteligibilidad, es decir, formas diferentes de ver las organizaciones. Ofrecemos una mirada transdisciplinar ya que aquí se presentan trabajos de investigadores de otras áreas del conocimiento, diferentes a la administración o teoría de las organizaciones, de distintos cuerpos académicos, tanto de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos como de otras instituciones educativas de nivel superior del país.
La riqueza de los trabajos compilados en este volumen radica en el análisis concreto de situaciones tangibles.
