Aborda uno de los mayores desafíos del país: la reparación integral de las víctimas del conflicto armado. En el texto se evidencian avances en los procesos de reparación individual y colectiva en función del ordenamiento del territorio. Con una mirada desde arriba a través de las leyes 1448 del 2011 y la Ley de Ordenamiento Territorial (388 del 1997), articulada con una visión desde abajo, basada en la resiliencia de las comunidades y las formas de agremiación que han permitido mejorar sus condiciones de vida; el libro analiza cómo las políticas públicas, el ordenamiento territorial y la resiliencia comunitaria se articulan para garantizar derechos, verdad y justicia. A través de cuatro ejes temáticos, los autores exploran conceptos clave como desplazamiento forzado, asentamientos informales, participación comunitaria y evaluación de políticas de reparación. Es una herramienta clave para investigadores, funcionarios públicos y organizaciones sociales comprometidas con la construcción de paz y justicia social en Colombia.
