Sinopsis
Colombia, al igual que la mayoría de países latinoamericanos, se edificó como Estado nacional por medio de las guerras independentistas. La violencia, desde entonces, no ha dejado de ser un recurso para el proyecto de país. Ante la omnipresencia de la violencia en el Colombia, nace la necesidad de narrar las heridas, con el ánimo de entender sus causas y efectos. Quizás, en el fondo, existe la esperanza de exorcizar los demonios del trauma histórico. Esta obra rastrea los marcos de comprensión y mediaciones que orientan las obras literarias y cinematográficas en Colombia ante distintas
violencias histórico-políticas, dando especial atención al conflicto armado. Tal interés ausculta una narrativa diversa que apunta a una memoria estética sobre el conflicto actual y, sobre todo, a identificar los tópicos que resultan sensibles tanto para las víctimas como para los artistas y para el público consumidor. Esto permite trascender las agendas ideologizadas de la construcción de memoria nacional.
