Salir de ETA: una historia de abandonos, expulsión y "arrepentimiento" es una obra que analiza, desde una perspectiva historiográfica, los procesos individuales y colectivos de desconexión de la militancia terrorista en Euskadi Ta Askatasuna (ETA). El libro explora la (im)posibilidad de abandonar una organización marcada por una fuerte lógica disciplinaria y comunitaria, así como los factores que llevaron a algunos militantes a cuestionar el uso de la violencia, frente a aquellos mecanismos que dificultaron o impidieron la salida del grupo. A partir de testimonios orales de personas que, en distintos momentos de la trayectoria de ETA, optaron por dejar la militancia armada, la obra propone una reflexión conceptual sobre la diversidad de experiencias de renuncia a la violencia. Lejos de la figura simplificadora del "terrorista arrepentido", se examina el encaje real de nociones como el perdón, el arrepentimiento o la desvinculación en las biografías de quienes abandonaron la organización.
