Sinopsis
El título Sextante se refiere a la reunión de seis escritores hispanomexicanos (Carlos Blanca Aguinaga, Inocencio Burgos, Alberto Gironella, Francisco González Aramburu, Víctor Rico Galán y Roberto Ruiz) que han dejado diversas muestras de su curiosidad poética, no obstante haberse dedicado a otros aspectos escriturales, académicos, políticos o artísticos. Para los autores convocados aquí, la presente reunión casi tiene el equivalente de "obra poética reunida" o "completa". Corresponderá juzgar al lector la medida de lo que se perdió y se conservó en contraste con el relativo silencio poético de estos seis artistas que florecieron en la narrativa, la traducción, las ediciones, la pintura, el periodismo y, claro, en la vida académica.
