Sinopsis
Este libro plantea un innovador modelo de atención a una población que requiere una rehabilitación física debido a lesiones osteo-musculares y considera una atención descentralizada por medio del uso de nuevas tecnologías de la comunicación, que van de la mano con aplicaciones de telemedicina tales como consulta, diagnostico, gestión de la información, consulta de historias clínicas y tele-operación.
Asimismo, la arquitectura del sistema aquí planteada considera una estructura con orientación a servicios que utiliza para su validación una herramienta grafica-formal llamada red de Petri coloreadas. Adicionalmente, este estudio traza el diseño y la implementación de las ayudas tecnológicas, los servicios web y la integración con un sistema de información. Las pruebas de validación fueron desarrolladas en cinco escenarios definidos por las posibles eventualidades que ponían en riesgo la integridad física del paciente.
