Y, aunque muchos nos ofrecen remedios para liberarnos de la ansiedad, hay que reconocer que pocas veces lo consiguen. El hecho de dejar en descanso nuestros móviles y ordenadores una vez a la semana para encontrarnos con nosotros mismos y entablar conversación con el Creador es una disciplina que no nos llega de forma natural pero que nos puede transformar cuando nos comprometemos a practicarla.
